We’ve been notified this morning that there have been problems with the email server and receiving emails for support tickets, and other notifications. I’m terribly sorry if you’ve been waiting on a response to a ticket or email. Now that I’m aware of the problem I’ve located tickets and emails for support and will be addressing them all today.
